​Khalid Dahbi is a British-Moroccan chef known for his culinary art and prestigious cooking for well-known personalities and celebrities, including the British Royal Family. He is known for his elegance and creative menus.

During his trip up on the hills of Modena, Khalid stopped in Castelvetro di Modena, but most of all in Spilamberto to visit this Museum and the Consorteria of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar, welcomed by Grand Master Maurizio Fini.

Here he had the chance to learn about this tradition – orally transmitted, generation after generation, for centuries – and taste this unique Vinegar, produced with passion and patience of the people from Modena.
